My name is Mette Haugslien and I am the founder of HNO1. I am passionate about equestrian sport and fashion. My fascination with both is at the heart of the brand. I welcome you to the HNO1 universe. HNO1 brings together function, environmental awareness and comfort in equestrian clothing.<\/p>\n

With HNO1, I seek to create a connection between rider and horse, where both are comfortable and therefore free to focus entirely on their performance. I design each garment with great care and meticulous attention to detail and functionality, so you, the rider, can move freely and feel comfortable in your riding gear.<\/p>\n

I was born into a really horsey family. Riding played a big part of my life from a very early age. I got my first horse at the age of four and since then, riding has always offered me immense joy and exciting challenges. I was a member of the Norwegian national equestrian team for ten years and, as a junior and young rider, I was Norwegian champion for several years. I have oodles of valuable experience and a deep understanding of how good quality riding clothes should feel.<\/p>\n

At the same time, my interest in clothing manufacture and fashion has always been a source of creativity and fascination. I have explored the world of fashion and used my knowledge to create equestrian clothing that combines functionality and style. HNO1 is the result of my personal passion and experience.<\/p>\n
